Can't really see much from the video, but I would guess that you've lost a freeze plug.

The terrible one is right. They make expandable rubber ones that will replace the original. Just take out the old one and put in the new one and tighten down the nut in the middle. You can buy them at your local parts store.

    Good luck

I'm guessing the "..." used to contain other characters.

Can't see the video because youtube is blocked on the computer I'm on. But, if it is a freeze plug, you ought to be able to reach down there or crawl under the car and look on the side of the block for a smooth round hole about 1/2 dollar sized or so, maybe larger. Freeze plugs are round metal plugs hammered into the side of the block to fill the holes left by parts of the casting process.

How's the coolant level? If the whole plug popped out, you will have lost most of your coolant and the radiator will look empty. It is also possible that the plug is just leaking and spraying coolant on the exhaust manifold, making tons of steam.

Either way, it's something you need fixed because coolant leaks are a great way to overheat and kill a motor. Any competent repair shop can handle it, or DIY if you're inclined.
