how to get to no 7 spark plug

Probably feel real stupid when someone tells me, but in a 1981 coupe deville 368 cid w/ v864 how do you change the number 7 spark plug. Because of the A/C unit there is almost no room to get to it, in fact I can barely even touch the wire boot. Any hints, tips, tricks?
    thanks

Before i went and got my 68 and told him to give it a tuneup... guess which plug wasnt changed! However you should only need two extensions, a universal and a deep socket. GL

Really? What's in the way of the plug in your '68?

The '76 is all clear...or was.

Remember now, your engine is shoved a little further away from the firewall because of the th425.

Snap-On universal spark plug socket. Just a regular spark plug socket with a universal built into it. Regular 3/8" ratchet head. Piece of cake.
EBAY should be full of these as Snap-On dealers are all going out.

I have a plug socket with a universal on it. Still found it easiest to use extensions (either a 5" or a 3" + 5") to get the wrench to clear the AC stuff back there.
Yeah, that one is a bit of a pain. Still better than most cars out there though.

the problem is exaggerated by those taller v864 valve covers they make it so that seemingly only a 10 year old could reach it
