Sorry, but I just don't think seeing a 426 HEMI or a 440 Magnum in a Porsche is a great thing... I mean, I enjoy seeing the work involved, and I am sure I would say its nice and all, but inside I couldn't help but wonder.... WHY? Thats all.
Then again, Porsche or Nissan dosn't do anything for me, so chances are, in a car show, I would never even be in their section, so I would never get to see those wonders
G body would really look nice... I've always liked them at the track, they make a nice stable bracket racer (with a full frame too!).
The guy that bought my rust bucket '70 Fleetwood took the 472 and dropped it in a '78 Firebird. This was his daily driver, he took me for a ride in it... It was VERY nice
If I remember right, all he said he had to modify was the brake booster to clear the valve cover. A few taps with a hammer took care of that.
