No Fuel Pressure

Hi, 91 Broughmam, 305, was running great until last shutdown. No fuel pressure @ fuel rail so what next. Tried to swap relays one at a time hoping that the pump relay was one of them. The ones I tried were under acces panel on d/s by parking brake. Is there an inertia switch and if so , where is it? Does anyone have the diagram of the position and location of the fuel pump relay? I already have changed the pump fuse (10 amp) and no change. Any help would be great as my kid is driving me nuts because he is trying to work on this and has no mechanical ability. ....

Since I have gotten no response to this problem my next step is to drop the tank and go for the fuel pump.

I am a manager or assistant on many auto forums and we ALWAYS answer posts to help people for free. I find it very strange that this board operates differently.................

The info I requested is very basic to any Cadillac techs and should be readily available. If anyone is interested I can give them the links to other auto tech forums that offer help to members and maintain membership of over 11,000members...

Just because you have a problem doesn't mean that someone has to know the answer. You asked your question on a saturday night. Maybe the person who can help you hasen't seen it yet?? This forum is only a year and a half old and has over 14,000 members. Before you start judging people here have a look around.

Did you try changing the fuel filter? Have you checked to see if there are any diagnostic codes saying what's wrong?

I have the problem resolved, turned out to be the ECM fuse was gone. I went ahead and dropped the tank and replaced the pump and screen anyway as the car is a 91 and I did not feel bad about that. I also changed the filter and the vehicle now runs great.
I am not being judgemental of this group, just basing my opinion on the perfermance of the groups that I am involved in. Incidently the 24th is when my post was moved to the 5.0 board.
