Fuel pushing out of spark plug holes?!?!

Hello. Here's another new problem with my car:

    http://www.antiqueradios.com/forums/...ic.php?t=79697

I gave the link from a radio forum that I belong to because the story is a little long. That is actually the condensed version, as I kind of paraphrased it. The regulator could be bad, even though it is new (I heard that aftermarket isn't as good as the original in most cases of replacement parts), but is it possible that the ECM is shot? I find it funny that it happened so quickly and that #4 and #8 have the fuel bleeding from them, and that the others don't.
