    LS6 v motor into a LT1 F body HELP!

We are swapping out from a wrecked cts-v the engine, tranny wiring hanress, and everything else into a 1994 Z28. The motor mounts or mounting bracket. Whats the difference from an LS1 5.7 and an LS6 5.7 as far as demientions. What will we need to do to make an LS6 fit into an LT1 engine bay?

    thanks
    Kris

It's the same engine. Differences are internally. Some of the last f-bods got the LS6, so it'll fit without any issues. Check out this site for some info on trasplanting it & lots of good info on the engine.
