In regards to why GM covered your repair, why in your mind does having 600 miles on your SRX any different than having 50,000? Mine had 9,000 miles when the roof let go and I don't see why any mileage within warranty would matter to GM. No one could make any conclusion as to why either of ours broke. GM's response "glass doesn't just break" was their escape route and short of doing what you're doing legal-wise I don't understand why they ate your repair and shoved mine up my arse. Or is that it - sic the attorney on them and they get real cooperative? |
