Have owned BMW's since 1988 and never had a problem with battery life... Use
Battery Tender on all vehicles which greatly extends battery life. Last Harley battery lasted for 4 years before replacement. Last BMW battery lasted for 5 years before replacment and got a Bosch replacement at PEP Boys for less than $100.
