Nav Traffic Load Time?
My 2014 CTS seems to be loading the traffic extremely slowly. What kind of load times are you experiencing with the built in navigation traffic display? From when I start driving (clear of the garage) it is taking between 4-10 minutes to load the traffic overlay. My old 2008 CTS does it in under a minute. Curious if this is just how slow it is in the 2014 or if something else is going on. Tried the radio refresh from XM and no luck. XM says it should be nearly instantly. GM is telling me it could take up to 25 minutes. Curious what others are seeing.

Four minutes is about right. Never has it taken as long as 20 minutes.

Re: Nav Traffic Load Time?
Welcome to CUE, nice radio but a work in progress....so far i've experienced release, 2013 spring update, and 2014 CUE and each version has improved responsiveness but CUE is still SLOOOWWW! should get better....there should be an update very soon if cadillac follows last years schedule
