He had to add more air at idle, plus slow down how fast something was happening on the transition to idle, I'm not sure what it was as I'm not versed at this.

If you can, monitor the fuel pressure and see if it drops when the engine stalls. If not, you have eliminated water in the gas, fuel pump problems, etc.

Very low RPM stalls can be caused by irregular flow in the MAF and such, but engine cut-out at high RPM, not so much, for a well-tested intake system like the one your tuners put on.

The battery dying on you, and system voltage below 14.0 Volts when engine is above idle could be the belt slipping on the alternator but it seems like a possible short in the system somewhere. If the battery, alternator, and associated wiring are all good, go over the wiring harness; such shorts tend to be in tight, hard-to-see spaces.

And, yes, when you clear a code, the freeze frame data associated with it are also cleared. When it throws a code again, the freeze frame data will be stored again at the time the module throws the code.

Don't blame the dealer. The people, equipment, and tech training are all about equipment that GM makes and sells, and a Lingenfelter or other build is foreign to them. You might check with Lingenfelter to see if their experience with your build can bring anything to bear on your problem.
