Been lusting after a V2 since they were introduced. Finally picked up a 2012 today. Black/black, A6, black rims w/yellow brembos, suede wheel/shifter, saepele wood, sunroof.

Good lord what an amazing car.

A few pics are below, including an "out with the old, in with the new" - i traded in my 09 G8 GT.

Congrats good looking car. Were you on the G8 forums also? I was there quite a bit when I had my G8GT. How do you feel the CTS-V compares to the GT? To me it feels a lot bigger for sure and of course faster when you're in boost. Handling, ya I'd say the CTS-V handles better too. I did feel the GT felt a little more nimble though and of course it was a lot better on gas.

I was on the G8 forums a bit. I loved my G8, but the V is "another level" in pretty much every possible dimension. The V feels smaller to me, but I'm guessing that's a function of the precise suspension and on the interior the recaro's which really hug you. Fit and finish is a notch better also, although I was impressed with the G8in that regard. The transmission is night and day, the G8s auto was terrible.
