Anyone ever run this 2.35" pulley they offer? I currently have the 2.55" setup. Would this be more prone to belt slip? Says the over drive increase is from 18% of the 2.55" to 26% of the 2.35"
You can also put in a bigger idler pulley which will help with belt slip. Going that small...Might as well just do the lower a 10 and if you still need more boost change to a combo of upper and lower
Yea I had debated about doing a bigger lower before. The price of the upper compared to the lower is such a huge swing. I was just wondering if anyone has successfully run this 2.35" pulley alone.
Sounds like a great setup. Don't even think about a 2.35 and a lower but it should kickass. I would deff run a larger idler along with it but still very cost effective.
The down side is you have to remove the snout and have it machined to accept the 10 bolt adapter that the pulley is attached to. And it does not look stock.
Yea I havent seen this either in my research. I'd be curious to see if the 2.35" would be worth running as long as there is no belt slip.
