Front bumper removal help - going to grill it!

I want to remove the front grill on my CTS-V in order to apply a black-out material. I haven't decided on the finish.

Does anyone have a link to a good how-to on bumper removal?

FWIW if you use plastidip you don't need to remove the grilles first since overspray isn't a problem (meaning you can just rub it off with your fingers).

Here's a good write up. You may do more then just the grill.
