    Tire Time: BFGoodrich g-Force Sport COMP-2 ?

Anyone tried these yet? I did a quick search and didn't see anything
I was set to pick up the Pilot SS, but my tire guy said they are out of stock and not going back into production until October. These are a bunch cheaper (under a grand for 4) but I assume there are some draw backs, anyone have actual real world experience?

    Tread looks good

Every bfg I've ever run were loud. Decent performance for the money. Bad grip when wet after 50% tread gone.

Yeah looks like it is a good tire but not in the top tier.
It is in tireracks "ultra-high performance" not "max performance" bucket. I still have yet to make a decision

Do you want summer tires? Just get the Hankook Ventus evo and be done with it...

Yeah just looking for summer tires.
You seem to be the authority on tire research and at that price I can smoke them in a season if they suck.

They're not as good as the PS2, but they're amazing for the price.

Is that what you have on there? Looks like $750 from tirerack after the rebate, is that the going rate or have you seen cheaper?
