Has anyone cleaned the swirls in them up with a polish? Did it work well?
If I were to consider that, I would consider either 1 of 2 things:1) Find a well respected shop in your area that specializes in color sanding & then polishing out swirls, or: 2) Find a well respected wheel repair shop in your area and have them strip, sand & / or polish, & re-clear coat.
Also, GM has a very excellent swirl remover for sale and / or order under GM part # 12377965 "Swirl Remover Polish". This is the same swirl remover / polish recommended for the interior plastics that scratch so easy. Good stuff.
