One comes from a coolant fill neck and another which is longer connects to a hard tube on the passenger fender. That's the one you need to get.

Don't forget to pick up a qt of coolant before starting the project. To fill the new intercooler brick you need about 1 1/2 cups of coolant.
Thanks for the additional detail. I will have to go get another hose and some coolant, thought about the coolant which is not an issue but hadn't read anyone else replacing the lines so I was curious what you had replaced.

It absolutely will in the dealers eyes if you take it in for an engine issue. But the dealer must prove that the modification is what caused any damage that would occur from modifying.

Close. The onus is on you, not them. They'll deny a claim in a second if they think they can then you must litigate it under Magnuson-Moss.

Picked mine up today, going to have Lindsay install it next week hopefully. I can't do those things in my condo garage. Plus I'm lazy, so there.

No, it's not. Yes, they may deny the claim & tell you to pound dirt, but the onus is on THEM if it goes to court.

While it is true that an after-market part could cause a problem that isn’t covered under warranty, it’s against federal law to void a warranty because someone uses an after-market part

The Magnuson-Moss warranty act is a federal law enacted in 1975 that makes it illegal for auto manufacturers (or any manufacturer of consumer products, for that matter) to void a warranty simply because the owner of the vehicle adds an after-market product to a vehicle. The law states that manufacturers have to repair a vehicle problem UNLESS they can prove the problem was caused by an after-market part.

Not only can you find this on the internet, I LIVED IT...
