    Diff issues

    Are the guys having winning in the diff M6 cars or A6 also?

    Just had my diff replaced today (whole axle actually). I have an M6. Was whining between 39-48 and 60-65. It is good to go now. My warranty runs out in March 2014 - so glad I had it replaced now. Thinking harder about a diff cooler now, as I will road track my car.

    I did. Got a new unit under warranty at 45K miles.

    Yes, my A6 diff was whining after some track sessions. Cured it by changing the diff lube. It happened twice so far.
