Nice 60ft, you auto or manual? I am going to guess auto. Also you didn't state, but you have any tune on the car? Were you running 91 or 93 octane, and did you mix in any unleaded race gas?

I believe another forum member upgraded the Airaid's filter to a larger higher flowing K&N RF-1044. That seems to be the best combination.

Well, believe it bro! It was me. 11.6 @119 and another 11.6 @118. Stock car only mod is Airaid. Why so hard tobelive? It seems the average MPH is 117-119 with intake. My 60' was 1.7 on the 1st and 1.8 on second. I have a 2.38 and HX in the garage, just need to order my injectors. Not sure if driving plays a major role in an A6, but I've been racing for almost 20 years at Atco and know the track pretty well. I actually ran 11.9 @118 bone stock.

Sorry for the post take over Jay. I just happened to be on this site and was about to congratulate you until I read the 4th post lol.

Your car is running strong, I think my lane was prepped better than the left side.

No problem, it didn't bother me at all. Just sharing the experience.

I believe it.....I think it just represents a best case scenario for the relatively stock cars.....perfect launch, with a great D.A at the time

If he was low 12s stock (like many on here), then yes, I'd question it too. But he broke 11s bone stock, so it's not only plausible.

Great - still find it hard to believe that an intake with no tune gain 3 tenths of a second, but given your sixty, maybe that's where the gains really are... Certainly impressive and is the fastest ever with just an intake mod.

Let me know next time you're going to Atco, I'm local and would love to see you run...

of course its in the 60ft....every tenth you lower your 60ft will give you 2 tenths lower 1/4 mile time on average

Will do. I'm scheduled for a tune on April 12th. I plan to go that evening for another run
