Anyone running 19" TSW Nurburgring wheels?

I've spent the past couple of days searching threads...

I've seen several people running 18's and 20's in the Nurburgring, but no one running 19s.

It seems like the ticket is the 19x9.5 ET41mm up front and 19x10.5 ET65mm in the rear. And it looks like the rears will need a 6-8mm spacer.

I would plan on running 275/35/19 PSS up front and 305/30/19 PSS in rear.

Seems like the ultimate V wheel/tire combo.

Anyone running this combination? Or even this fitment? Or have any comments?

Don't worry about 18, 19 or 20. If the width and offset has been proven, it will work on 19" sizes...

I ran the 19's as my track wheels. I only needed spacers because I ran a square setup so I ran some big tires up front.

You can run 295's up front with a spacer. In the rear I ran the same size but you could probably go 305 no problem...Wait, I may have it backward and the spacers were needed in the rear. One way or another, you can go thick all the way around on the 19's. (though not as thick as I'm currently plotting. . .;-)

Discount Tire is quoting 275/35/19 Pilot Super Sports for $318 each. Think I'll jump on a pair at that price.

If you're ordering aftermarket wheels, why use a spacer (versus ordering the correct offset from the get-go)? Is that just not available, thus making "custom spec'd" wheels necessary... and very, very expensive?

(I'm looking at a CTS-V as a DD and my first mod would be wider wheels/tires)

Correct. Offsets are limited in most aftermarket wheels. GM vehicles use a more positive offset than many other vehicles, making the choices more limited.
Below is a list that I compiled. To run a 10.5 in the rear seems to require something less than +59 or so.

    19x9 +51 Stock front
    19x9.5 +56 Stock rear
    18x9.5 +40 TSW Nurburgring
    18x10.5 +58? Stock C5 Z06 + 5mm spacer
    19x10 +40 Stock Coupe rear

    19x9.5 +41 TSW Nurburgring
    19x10.5 +27 TSW Nurburgring
    19x10.5 +65 TSW Nurburgring
    18x9.5 +56 C5 Z06 replica
    19x10 +56 C6 ZR1 replica

The in store price was better than the online price.

Re: Anyone running 19" TSW Nurburgring wheels?

i am thinking of running this same setup. just trying to figure out offset spacers and such . so if i run the 10x9.5 with the 41mm offset i dont need a spacer? but the 19x10.5 with 65mm i do need a 6-8mm ? would the 10mm from d3 be to much? where would i get 8mm spacers?

How about running a 19x9.5 square setup? That is what I would like to do. I run 295.30.19 on my 10.5 rears and 9.5 fronts.

I am about to buy a set of 19x9.5 wheels. The optimal offset in a 9.5-inch wheel is 45 mm for the front. So, if you want a square setup (like I do), then 19x9.5 - 45 mm is the best bet.

TSW does not list that offset, but their other brand/label, "Beyern Wheels", does. Beyern has the Nurburgring wheel listed as the "Beyern Spartan" with the better offset. Beyern also sells a wheel called the "Bavaria" with the optimal offset. Those are both made using TSW's Rotary Forge method to get a strong, lightweight wheel.
