My tuner has a 10.5 lower and a 2.85 upper. He is at about 15 psi. But he has trick flow heads headers and a blower spacer which brings the boost back down.

I know you both dynoed within two days of each other in identical weather conditions so I'm assuming your mods helped control your IAT2's better. Would love to see both vehicles data logs to see how much more efficient the cooling system works with upgrades.
If I remember correctly, he does not have any Hx upgrades. I have the LFP lower front mount dual pass piggy backing the stocker and the LPE pump which is a modded ZL1 pump and the system is filled with distilled water and Redline water wetter. He dynoed 1st thing in the morning and I dynoed at 930pm so the temps were about the same. We both missed the heat of the day.

I do have a Norcal tank on order whoch should help a little more on the street and a bunch at the track with icing it!
