Hi Guys,
The shop that tuned my 2010 V did a killer job, and I've noticed about 55 HP gain with just a CAI + custom tuning. They've done multiple cars for me before so I know it's a "Safe" tune and not worried about longevity on the engine.
My question is, Ive got an Auto and they changed the shift points to have the car running higher RPM's on a constant basis. Even at low speeds with a slow roll on the throttle I'm shifting around 4,000 RPMs. Predictably the throttle response and immediate pull/wheel spin makes the car feel a helluva lot faster. Has anyone seen issues with running at consistently higher RPM's?? The car is also running richer after the tune (12 bars?) and gas mileage sucks. Not that big of a deal though.
Thanks!
