Me, too. Glad to hear your lightly modded 2009 is holding up at 50k miles. I have similar mods but only 32.5k miles and just as positive a story. Nice kill! Nobody wants to play around here.....but I suppose that's not completely a bad thing.

Not to rain on anyone's parade but when I put up a kill story it was quickly removed because it went against forum rules?? Is it ok to post these now? If so I am all in!

Heck we stopped racing at 65...that's the speed limit isn't it?

That's my story and I am sticking with it!

because racing threads tend to get out of hand. As long as everything remains implied and not inferred, it will stand.

Good kill. This past summer, I raced a C5 Z06 at the local strip (twice), and beat him both times. I can't remember our actual times, but do recall the first race was closer, withy me holding the lead for pretty much the entire track, but could see him slowly starting to pull right near the end.

My mods were a W4M tune and Airarid CAI. He was dyno tuned with headers and a CAI.

Not surprised that your V, with more substantial mods, had no problems with a C5 Z.
