Would be very hard to tell either way. On the 1/4 mile, you have driver skill variations.
On the dyno, unless you had a shootout and tested all cars on the same dyno & same day or similar atmospheric conditions, they vary greatly from brand to brand, different correction factors, even dyno to dyno varies considerably.

    8) Cad bone stock ’09 & up RWHP & RWTQ averages:

    1) Cad bone stock RWHP & RWTQ (A6 (38) + M6 (21)) (all dynos): 01-02-12
    RWHP average (59 samples): 27712/59= 469.69 average
    RWTQ average (59 samples): 27517/59= 466.39 average

    2) Cad bone stock RWHP & RWTQ (A6 (31) + M6 (13)) (dynojet only): 01-02-12
    RWHP average (44 samples): 20442/44= 464.59 average
    RWTQ average (44 samples): 20124/44= 457.36 average

    3) Cad bone stock RAHP & RATQ (A6 (3) & M6 (2)) (Dynapack only): 01-02-12
    RAHP average (5 samples): 2484/5= 496.80 average
    RATQ average (5 samples): 2570/5= 514.00 average

    4) Cad bone stock RWHP & RWTQ (A6 only (31)) (dynojet only): 01-02-2012
    RWHP average (31 samples): 14099/31= 454.81 average
    RWTQ average (31 samples): 13923/31= 449.13 average

    5) Cad bone stock RWHP & RWTQ (M6 only (12)) (dynojet only): 01-02-2012
    RWHP average (12 samples) = 5841/12= 486.75 average
    RWTQ average (12 samples) = 5712/12= 476.00 average

    6) Cad bone stock RWHP & RWTQ (A6 only (38)) (all dynos): 01-02-2012
    RWHP average (38 samples): 17416/38= 458.31 average
    RWTQ average (38 samples): 17342/38= 456.37 average

    7) Cad bone stock RWHP & RWTQ (M6 only (21)) (all dynos): 01-02-2012

There is most surely v's out there that are 1k hp & tq on the streets. Those cars are very low key/sleepers that most likely are getting $$$ from underground races

There again, it would be virtually impossible without cars being measured on the same dyno. Theoretically, from my charts it would be this one:

    02 Dynomite readings:------------RWHP-------------------RWTQ--------------
    02 manual (M6).-------------------516.00-------------------522.00--------------

There are so many variations between brands and types of dynos, individual dynos of the same brand, different correction factors.

Looks like to me I've got the most powerful non built/factory motor car so far. Going to push the limits a little bit more soon

The readings above are of bone stock (no mods whatsoever) configurations.
There is no pushing on a stock motor. Maybe you mean to post "stock block"?
What type (brand) of dyno are you obtaining your results from?
And what correction factor is being used to obtain those results?

I meant non built motor, stock rotating assembly, etc... lots of different ways to do it. My numbers are SAE on a Dynojet. I'll really know how much power it makes when I take it to the track. Goal is 110+ in the 1/8th and 140+ in the 1/4
