534hp and 557tq with only a 2.55 upper pulley and tune???
    damn

I added all this listed below and maybe ill get another 60-70 hp and had to add a lower pulley, heater exchanger, thermostat, full air box, cam, headers, x pipe, and injectors PLUS the labor .....?

seems like aLOT to have to do to get such a little more hp? or maybe thats just me

    btw, great numbers!!!

Sounds about right for a tune and 2.55. I have an intake and axleback exhaust in addition to the tune and 2.55, and I made 544 whp.

    Nice job!

It might not look like much of a difference by looking at the peak numbers from this dyno to yours, I'm sure if you put yours and overlaid it the difference in the curves could be quite substantial in certain areas. Some of your mods (heat exchanger, thermostat, x-pipe etc just make it run more consistently when hot and free up a few ponies) The major players are the tune, pulley and cam, headers and air box are kind of in the middle somewhere as far as I see. Quite impressive how much power and torque is increased from such a small amount of work though.

Wow, if I thought I could pull this off without voiding my warranty, I would do so in a minute. The torque difference alone from 2400 rpm is unreal. I guess my only question is safety/longevity running this on 91 octane.

Re: CTS-V dyno, stock Vs wait4me tune + 2.55 pulley

Thanks all. I think that I got all the "low hanging fruit". Any other gains will be harder and more expensive. We had one problem, the casting of the snout of the supercharger was not round, it was egg shaped and when we pressed on the new pulley it hit and wouldn't turn. We had to pull it back off and slightly sand down the casting. After that, it was easy. The tune was good, running an A/F of 12.3-11.9, with a tailpipe sniffer, which usually reads about 1/2 of a number leaner than one at the cats. It was giving about 1 degree of KR, I'm going to talk to Jesse about that. For an e-mail tune you can't ask for much better.

2.55 upper produces how much boost? Is it about equal to a 9.5 lower?

Re: CTS-V dyno, stock Vs wait4me tune + 2.55 pulley

Jesse is pretty much a master at putting together the best packages. In the end after he gets done with his suggested mods and gets the right tune into your car you just go go go. I guess when u reach a certain level their is only so much more room depending on what your cost/return ratios are. I know 1 thing, i am waiting on pins and needles for my injectors to get put in next week and Jesse's tune. I'm sure the best numbers i will get will be numbers that net me perfect drivability with 0 engine knock. Those will be the BEST numbers. I won't lie though--- I'm still hoping for the best hp/tq jes can get me...knowing he's aggressive as it is, I'm sure my V will be a Beast albeit a SAFE Beast and thats the best thing 1 can hope for.

yes Very nice results. So you did this yourself or local shop?
Then Jessie did a email tune? PM me what it all cost. I would estimate 1500-2k??
Looking to get a 09. So modding it....I would not feel as bad as modding a 2011....

The 2.55 should give 3-4 pounds increase, it's almost equal to the 9.5" lower, but looks like stock.
