Thats what it looks like, on the install notes the clamps are 2.5" so the exhaust would have to be 2.5"...the B&B exhaust is 3" all the way through....hmm why would the borla exhaust stay at the same diameter as the oem ?
2.5 inch dual exhaust with X-pipe is perfect size for street cars as it will make more torque at lower RPM for everyday driving.. the 3inch is always higher up RPM where you dont need it on the street.

Re: Borla catback ????
Jesse keep me in mind when you do the group buy for the B&B exhaust for our V2's I'm rat holing cash as I type for theis mod for sure know that I did the KPE CAI. Love that blower whine, sounds like a Ford guy at the track!!!!!
oh one more thing...i think 99% of the companies that sell 3 inch exhaust only do it cos its a great marketing to say.. oh stock exhaust is very restrictive at 2.5 inch and ours is 3inch so its better. it works with people who have no experience.
LT headers and 3 inch exhaust are the biggest rip-off for street daily driver trafic light to trafic light cars.. i have never seen anyone make real usable power with them. yes they are a must for track and race cars with big stall other than that its a wast of money and HP.
I want to get some random tech high flow cats and cut out the ones off the manifold than throw on the borla. Than it'd be a 2.5 high flowing system all the way through for minimal cost. I'm still very partial to borla because i've had their exhausts before and was 100% satisifed with the quality and performance
