I have 305/30 Hankook tires on the rear and 275/35 in the front I also am at 670rwhp hooks better than the pss IMO I've also heard the Bridgestone re-11's are great too. With the power levels in our cars no street tire is really going to hook up like we want.

I just destroyed a new PS2. I am not happy. $400 out the window.

I too am wondering what is the widest tire that will fit on the stock 19" rear rim. Also, does a wider tire really make enough difference in traction to warrant the extra cost?

    Re: pss tires

I just installed PSS 305/30-19 on stock sedan wheels with out any problems.
The tire is shorter than stock but looks OK to me.

Tedboss1, does it look more broad-shouldered?

The V I am looking at has 285s on the rear of the stock 19s and they look thin. I'd suspect a 305 would both fit and provide a bit more contact depending on the brand and how much sidewall you lose. a 30 sidewall is going to be rough though!

Nah, it's maybe 1/10" on each side, so pretty small.
