How many miles per year do you drive your CTS-V?

I am curious what miles people put on their CTS-Vs. Many people here also have an 'other' performance car, and the CTS-V being somewhat practical might serve for daily driver type mileage. For some, the CTS-V may actually be the 'other' performance car and get used very little.

Mine is a weekend car as I have a company car. It sits most of the time. About 10K a year.

Due to location/weather, I can only drive mine May to October here.
On my new 13, I did around 30,000km this season, tucked her away for the winter last weekend!

Re: How many miles per year do you drive your CTS-V?

I just passed over 15k today. It took me just short of 11 months with my wagon to do that. This comes from several road trips and daily driving my V, including a 4k road trip I chronicled in this forum in late spring. I have never put so many miles on a car in such a short time, in almost 25 years of driving. It's a testament to how much I love driving this car.

I usually split the non winter driving duties with my S2000, and I did drive it some to keep the miles off the V. However, The V would not be denied its time out of the garage.

25k miles per year. Don't drive it in the snow which we get very seldom any more thankfully.

Same here. Company car = 2011 Avalon has 104,000 miles as of this weekend. Her replacement will be ordered this week a 2014 Avalon. Was hoping for the new Impala but it's not amongst our choices and I refuse to drive any of the new Buicks (too tight/too slow). That reserves the Caddy for nights and weekends.

I'm only driving my 09 once a week now. I picked up an 06 BMX X5, put in a decent audio system and daily drive that now. I have just over 40K on the V.

I only live about 5 miles from work, but put 5500 on it in six months. Its a fun car to drive, so I definitely favor it when taking the family out!

Mine is 2.5 years old and I have approx. 9000 miles on it. I don't drive it in the winter. I just purchased an XTS-VSport for year round driving.

Re: How many miles per year do you drive your CTS-V?

I have a company vehicle as well, so I am around 4000 a year.

I bought my 11 Vagon in September of 2011, it has 11,500 or so on it now. Most of those miles have been road trips. I cringe sometimes when I amortize out miles driven vs. cost per day, or cost per mile (registration alone is north of $1000 a year in Nevada). Still, I wouldn't let it go for anything. I haven't loved a car this much since my 1991 ZR-1. I still regret letting that one go, it's not happening again...

Edit: For those of you that do have a company car, make sure your insurance company knows about it. I save around 30% on my premium because I don't drive the V to work. My wife pays significantly more for her SRX than I do for the V...
