    More Praise for the V-Wagon

In the three years I've been enjoying my V-Wagon I have not seen one review that was less then highly enthusiastic for this vehicle.

    Great article, thanks for posting.

I'm just glad I got my Vagon when I did. Two years later, I still love it every time I turn the key. This car, and my 96 LT4 CE Corvette Roadster, will likely never leave my possession...

Even Jalopnik likes it (as much as they like anything) http://jalopnik.com/2013-cadillac-ct...view-523089179

elphil, I've also never seen a negative article about the V wagon. That is a rare thing in the automotive press.

It's just so... novel - what's not to love? It may not be the BEST at everything, but it's arguably the best compromise of a driver's family wagon racecar (with a warranty).

There's plenty of criticism of the V wagon -- digs at the cheap headliner, or atrocious fuel economy, or niggles about the way the auto shifts, or not-quite-awesome interior appointments, or outdated console tech -- but it's always couched in "thank you GM for letting me hoon this luxury superwagon unicorn that I can't afford" gee-whiz praise.

Building a unicorn with car nerd appeal can buy a lot of goodwill.

Surely somebody at GM realizes the halo effect of the V wagon, right?

I hope the wagon experience convinces GM that Cadillac needs to continue to offer niche vehicles.

This. GM really needs Maximum Bob back so he can knock heads and make weird projects like the V wagon happen again.

Maybe a Cadillac El Camino with over 600hp. Sounds like halo car material to me. Comes with a bushy mustache.

Someone should ask GM to start importing the Holden Maloo.

The wagon has 55hp--man, that's a humungous typo for sure.
