    It varies from dealer to dealer - is there another dealer around? If so, maybe they would approach the issue differently ... ? Just sayin.

    Actually she has emailed me a few times and as recently as this morning. Now, I'll see what kind of pull there is and would nothing more than to become a believer. I intend to see what the dealer's position is when I tell them I'm not completely satisfied with that option then I'll start climbing the GM ladder. The B2B expires on the 18th but the power train is good for another year. I'm not done yet but this hoop jumping aggravates me. Just make it right, you know?
