    Lightbulb 3M DiNoc Interior Wrap

So I've only had my V for 2 weeks and I was already sick of the fake, ghetto "carbon fiber" applique trim in my car. I was considering buying $1000 worth of Midnight Sapele wood trim, and then I had an epiphany...why not wrap the existing trim pieces in 3M DINOC carbon fiber. I got the pieces as FREE left-over scrap from a very generous local window tint/body wrap business.

Here are the results. I'm ecstatic, as the results look even better than the photos. It took me probably 5hrs to do the entire interior trim. I removed the dashboard pieces and then wrapped the door trim pieces with them still installed on the doors. Required a fresh XActo blade for each door to make sure the trim cut cleanly. Used a heat gun and trim tools to push the material into the gaps so you couldn't see the original trim with the 3M film cut to fit.

I'm really pleased with the results, plus I just saved myself $1000 to spend on (maybe) a Borla exhaust system...

I was thinking of the same thing but doing the black Obsidian too. I just worry that would be too much, I just hate how hard it is to keep the black clean and scratch free.

so... Is it just me or are the driver side and passenger side doors running opposite direction from one another?

Curious as to why you didn't run the pattern the same direction?
