    KDI "Street Sweeper" Cam

We are now offering a new cam grind.

On our test car with 9.55' lower, ported blower & TB, New Era, ID 850's and Kooks full exhaust we are seeing 39RWHP gains so far with a shift point of 6500 and a redline of 6800rpm.

    Cam specs:

    222/238 .602”/.615” 120LSA (-10* overlap = Barry White smooth idle)

This grind uses a new lobe profile that was developed for endurance use and eliminates the sewing machine sound of other lobe profiles.

This cam was designed specifically for the LSA with 13.5-15PSI of boost and unported heads. More profiles are on the way for different Mods.

What is an ideal cam spec for ported heads with that same boost range?

    I love it.

    That's pretty smooth...

Question: Have you heard any issues in terms of reliability/durability when spinning the stock blower with a 9.5" lower pulley? I haven't yet, but just asking if you had.

    Thanks

    Re: KDI "Street Sweeper" Cam

SC RPM @ 6800 is 21,222 with a 9.55". The Math is lower pulley/upper * RPM. (only 9.6% faster than a stock cam with same pulley)

Test car before was at 578/550RW and 118* IAT2's

My personal car has 36,000 miles on a 9.55" lower @ 80miles a day and upto 117* ambient, reliability is in tune after quality parts choice.

Anymore questions please feel free to ask.

Edit: after re-reading this it sounded short.
