You mind sharing what dealer and what you did to get 7k off? If you'd like you could shoot me a PM? I am looking at about 65k for what was 69,500... Thanks a lot!

$62k on a 70k V is probably closer to employee pricing which isn't available at this time.

Re: Good Price On New 2010? What would you do?

From me recent ordering experience: I believe that GGT on an automatic is currently $2600...while GGT on a manual is $1300.

Also, some dealers consider "invoice" price to include advertising fees and freight; other dealers do not.

Some dealers are negotiable on their advertising fees; others are not.

"Invoice" (with GGT and freight, but with no advertising) on the car that I just ordered was $63,386. MSRP was 67,945. These numbers were consistent between Edmunds and the GM ordering "workbench." (silver, manual, polished wheels, recaros, sunroof)

As of 3 weeks ago, there were no cashback deals on 2010 V's (at least none that were applicable for me). If that changes by delivery time.....then lucky me.

A good deal is whatever makes you happy. Are they still accepting orders for 2010's? Cutoff date has to be pretty soon.....

Fully loaded, graphite, manual, recaro seats. MSRP is 69,510. The dealer is willing to do 67k + tax and plate. Is this a good deal for a new 2010? I heard that this color combo with the seats and being manual is very hard to come across...

P.S I really can't decide between manual and automatic. My worry with the automatic is that it not being dual clutch and just a regular auto will be sloppy and not as "tight" and I think maybe I would rather have the manual. I did drive both and I liked both a lot. The clutch certainly wasnt too heavy so for a DD it wouldn't be bad at all.

I thought it was funny one of the used V's that I drove had some of the vibrational problems that are spoken about on here with about 7k miles.

If you are a dealer reading this, I am searching for the best price for the car I want and when I find that price I will buy. So if you want to talk to me privately you can PM me if you can get me a deal I cannot refuse. Thanks

If you can't find the car with the proper amenities, order it.
I ordered mine, Black Raven, Recaros, Panoramic roof, essentially loaded.
List 69ish, got it for 65 even.
Build date 4/19/2010; should get to the dealer around mid May.
    Can't wait...

I have some cars coming in soon.

There is so many programs right now its hard to keep up with them.
