I don't have any experience with CaRid. I use auto anything.com done a lot of business with them. Rockauto.com is also good. I found this cf CAI on eBay.

    It's pretty pricey.

For the money, Airaid could at least put a better sticker on it. Ugh

Lol you act like it's a sin that they advertise their branding! Just razzing you a bit but it's not that bad!

How long have you had it? Just received mine a couple of days ago.
Had a silver/black one . silver turned to a kinda goldish brown after 6 months. Hope the full color sticker lasts longer.

I made mistake in my original post the word has should be hasn't, sorry about that ! I have had it at least six months maybe a little longer, no fading, looks great. The sticker was pretty thick and well constructed it didn't feel like it was going to tear. It's one of those you want to make sure you get it positioned right the first time so you get a good bond. The original AirAid sticker came off super easy. Good luck.

Thanks. Good to know it'll still look the same six months from now.

I'm not concerned about a good bond. After my last CAI sticker started to curl up at the ends I came up with a solution. I put a little Gorilla Glue epoxy on it. That sticker ain't never going to come off!

    Re: CAI V Badge

The AirAid CAI pictured above is for sale, V sticker and all. Hennessey would not use it wanting to install their own design. It has about 2,000 miles on it. Advise if interested. Thanks.....
UPDATE: Hennessey decided to use my AirAid instead of their design, it made 3 more HP than their version. So now I wont loose my V placard and cool carbon fiber look......

    Re: CAI V Badge

Got my badge. I like it, looks good..
However, wish I would have looked and saw that it was smaller than the original sticker. After perfectly aligning it to one edge and sticking it, you can obviously see that it doesn't fit perfectly, at all
Still looks better than the airaid one
