When the factory option offers the trend, its time to stop. I love the look but don't want my car like that. I love chrome. I love it on old cars as well as how it looks with black on new cars.
I literally just saw your car at Silver Star Cadillac's service department. I just picked up my V from Silver Star after being there since last Tuesday. Lookin good!

LOL!! Murdered looks evil, like the car belongs to Lord Vader. Quite a few people at two dealerships I went to complimented me on the blacked out look. Each person said the car looked so much better blacked out. I told you...black is the new chrome.
Black is the new chrome. Would I rather chrome? On certain cars I do. For example the 12-14 escalade premium with the body colored trim looks too much like a Tahoe. Chrome belongs on the escalade. On the V, I hate chrome. The blacked out look takes the car to another level.
I happen to think that the chrome brings the same quality that was previously mentioned about the Escalade. I think the black grille is a great look with the rest of the chrome still showing.
I just plasti dipped my wheels black on my V. My best friend was arguing me saying that the chrome looks better but I love the sporty look!
