    What's the best way to blacken our OEM wheels?

    If I have an 09 Sedan with the chrome wheels, what's the best method for making them semi-matte black??? Something that will hold up in extreme weather conditions...

    Yep. I would PlastiDip first and then powder coat them in you like the look. PlastiDip will cost you about $30 to do all four wheels.
