Had a great experience and great service at Detroit Wheel and Tire. It may help that I am local to their shop, But ask for Marcus. The Black PVD chrome is very easy to clean and maintain, Far better than hard chrome.

    Re: Black Chrome

Had them in stock for sedans and they were $995 out the door (i am local so shipping not required) and that included mounting the tires. You do have to give them your stock rims as cores. They look much better in person and you get a blacker/chrome effect as the light hits the wheel. There is another black PVD chrome wheel shop in metro detroit and they also do a great job, but there black chrome is much more black than it is chrome. I preferred the DW&T.

so they take your painted/polished wheels and give you black chrome for 250$ a wheel, thats not bad at all.

yup and I had the painted and instead of the $800 option for high polish, got the Black Chrome for $200 more than the high polish option.....
