    Another set of 12 inchers

Finally came in yesterday! Thanks again to Howey for talking to my tire shop here and LV_V for forging the way! Same fittment as he has stated. 20 x 9 (+35) up front. 20 x 12 (+45) in the rears. Painted to match the black diamond. Really surprised at how well the guys at MHT Alloys (Makers of Niche among many others) did with matching the paint. The pic while mounting does the best of depicting it, but I'll try to get a better pic in a bit when I go to the daughter's cheerleading tonight. The guys at the shop were supposed to weigh them before mounting but I haven't got that number yet. If i had to guess, the rears were around 20 pounds! extremely light. Guard Black Lugnuts to go with it. I couldn't be happier!

Now, after I get new flooring for the Mrs. off to D3 this car goes.... Target is 600 rwhp or above and breaking the 10 second barrier all the while this is our very daily driver.

I might add no lowering on this one, as stated daily driver and after having 2 Infiiniti's lowered (1st 1 inch and the 2nd 1.5 inches) I just got tired of the practicality of everyday driving.

Congrats on the new rims. Car looks good but I think you may change your mind and lower it.

If you don't lower that V, I will suspect your voting for Obama. Do you want us suspecting that??

    They look like Nitto Invos.

Edit: just noticed in other post about the car that the tires are Nitto Invo. His sizes are posted there, too.

Yes exact same set up, Nitto Invos. 345/25's and 275/30's up front. Fit is perfect to me.

Obama? Now that's funny. I get the hint guys, trust me I want to, but the 1.5 inches I lowered the the last Infiniti on H&R springs was a pain in the ass. It just got to be too much and the bumper was always all messed up, then I had alignment nightmares. So it has left a sour taste in my mouth.

At stock, my V already just clears my driveway. And it's not an incline, but my driveway declines after an initial incline...

1" on the V does not cause approach issues. The V is easy to lower and all the bad things already solved by so many memebers ahead of you. Do it without fear. You will not regret it....

Unfortunately, the shallow approach angle on the V2 is an issue. The V1 was much better as is a new CTS...

Re: Another set of 12 inchers

Where I work has five BAD parking lot obstacles for low cars. The driveway approach is a overhill crown with a horrible curb at the approach, then there are 4 speed bumps to clear. These 4 speed bumps have been reshaped several times to accomodate sports cars here at work. Stock ride height Vipers, corvettes C4,C5 and C6's, F bodies and one lowered M3 all scrape all 5 obstacles UNLESS you angle approach. My lowered V2 can clear all 5 with a straight approach. I am just saying the lowered V2 is pretty good at clearing 95% of road obstacles.

Jim it sounds like you driveway approach is concave followed by a steep curb approach, I understand your point. But that would fit in the 5%
