Beautiful oneoff. What are your plans for the missing rear mesh?

That is the best looking customized V I have seen. Very nicely done. Not overstated, just right. I agree it should come from the factory like that, at least as an appearance option package.

What is an envelope hugger?? you guys crack me up!

Love that look. I'll have the same treatment one day, but i doubt it will look as good on my black car as it does on your car.

Thanks CB. Heh, James at D3 warned me they'd probably "disappear." They're still in there, just powdercoated matte black like the front grilles. They're hard to see in the down-rezzed pictures...

FormulaOne Pinnacle (ceramic), 50% front, 35% rear

Thanks! They've been black chromed using the Goodrich PermaStar process. It kind of starts off like a powdercoat process, so it's very durable and won't corrode, even if it's scored down to the base metal.

Oh I think the wheels look killer on a black car--look at Razorecko's car for example. Maybe a complete black-out of all the brightwork would be a bit dull on a black car, but perhaps black chrome on the grille surrounds and the trunk trim would be a nice combo with blacked-out mesh...

No and no, as far as I know. But call James at D3--he's very customer-focused and accommodating. See what he can do for you.
