    D3 Rear Spoiler Install

    Hi guys,

I been lurking for a while but I decided finally join up. I bought a D3 spoiler for my V and had it painted and installed by a local custom shop that I knew from when I had my Charger SRT. While I was there getting the spoiler installed they showed me a set of fenders they were working on also. I think they look pretty cool and I'm debating on getting them also. They are not completely finished yet so the area where they are going to add the vent isn't cut yet. I'm heading back to get my lowering springs installed soon and they said they may bolt it on the car so I can see how it looks on the car in person.

Let me know what you think.

    Hey Guy,

Thanks for the nice pictures. They certainly add to the CTS-V and is something that our cars should of come with all along. Can you tell me where to purcharse one of these rear spoilers? Thanks.

Wow, that is sweet! Very nice choice.

Looks like my Spectre Werkes spoiler.

nice might have to get for my silver V also, what did the spoiler run you?

also the fenders would be nice probably to help get rid of the side vents on the car!

i hate how eveyone copied them off the caddys and now you see them on all kinds of cars!

I don't know why you would want to remove the fender vents all together. The vents are functional engine bay vents to vent off heat.

Would love to see those installed on the car. Please post pics if they do that for you.

The upper factory vents do very little to vent the heat from the engine compartment in reality. Yes they do vent somewhat but the new fenders will have much more area from which to vent from. They said when the car comes back to install the springs and they have more time to work on the car they're going to see if there is a way to vent the engine compartment more to take advantage of this different design. The shop owner said he would most likely hang the fender and take a few photos. I'm most likely dropping off the car on Saturday so hopefully by Saturday night I'll have some more photos to show.
