Here's stock suspension with 20's just to add to this confusion!

If it were me, I definitely would. I'd prob start with 1/4 of a coil and see what that did... Or to play it safe, do less. But I think 1/4 is pretty safe. I've had my front suspension apart 3 times, and I hate messing with it, but easy to do nonetheless.

Lol...Geez, I actually changed my mind.
After looking at the D3 pictures of the black car I decided to order them.
    So KILL ME!

Re: D3 Springs and New Wheels

I installed my D3 springs today, and I'm VERY happy with the springs. The ride quality is excellent IMO for a lowered car, and it's MUCH better than any ride I've never had from Eibachs. My 2010 Camaro had Eibachs, and I was annoyed by it after driving for a few miles. They were way too stiff IMO. The D3 springs have the perfect stance for me, and it will look KILLER once my 20" DPE wheels arrive! But, I was going for the ghetto, low-life look, so take that for what it's worth.

Can someone that has these installed with either stock wheels, or 20's with "stock over-all diameter" tires please measure the height of the center point of both front and rear wheel wells (from ground to highest point). Thanks. Curious to know height front and rear.

Re: D3 Springs and New Wheels

I think the D3 springs are winning me over. The pics that they posted with stock wheels a few posts prior to this is perfect!! I like better than my Eibach's look. Hmmmmmm. Prob still cut a little off the front springs though :-)

    Good work,

    I agree with you Mark.
Your ride is awesome but some of these guys put ugly wheels on their cars that make it look like sh*t.
    That's what threw me off.
    The D3 shots look perfect.

The V has one of the very few oem wheels that are hard to beat out. The only other vehicle i know of that has great oem wheels is the jeep srt8

well, in all actuality that car doesn't even look lowered. maybe it's just me.

and for the OP... there are soooo many other wheels options i would've gone with other than these.

    starting with the stocks.

don't like it at all. it looks like you didn't even break $1000 on wheels and tires. just looks cheapy.

    sorry.
