Where to get Polished OEM wheels??

I've been looking for a spare set of 2009 OE wheels. The part #'s look to be
9598612 for front and 9598613 Rear. GMpartsdirect list them pretty low on the site. Nobody can give me a ship date since there are not any showing in stock. Any ideas?

Trust me, they'll make some of it up with their shipping and handling charges!

You might want to get the total Out The Door price before buying from them!

    Just speaking from past experience!

When I last looked there were some complete sets on Ebay. Both local to Detroit.

Call Scott at Superior, he had them the cheapest I have seen yet.

$2300+! The last set of V2 wheels on eBay went for around $1k. Totally insane. Further, all the dealers are asking for core replacements for V2 wheels. WTF? Scott's (Superior Caddy)'s source fell through, so that's out. My options in the face of this are:

    a) wait for a better deal on eBay (most likely for now...got plenty of time before winter)
    b) just buy snow tires w/o wheels and switch off with the summer tires (not ideal--risk of scratching the wheels)
    c) go aftermarket (more likely now)

So are you saying Scott can't get new wheels for us after all?

Well that's a big bad drag. I need just one new polished front wheel, figured one from Scott would be better than a set from e-bay.

I'm sure everyone caught this but that ebay set was chrome. That is not a factory finish, factory is either painted or polished. Someone spent money on having that set done. Maybe why they brought such a price?

I caught that, but still $2300 is insane for stock wheels, even chromed. I mean, wow!

I've been looking for chrome and contacted the company where I got the chrome V1 wheels but they have been unable to obtain a set of 09 stock wheels at a decent price. The V1 chromes were only $600 exchance which is a whole better than $2300. Every couple of weeks I check in but I think there just arent that many out there yet. Might be aftermarket now but I sure dont want to spend upwards of $900 or more each.

Re: Where to get Polished OEM wheels??

The guy at California Chrome Wheel quoted me a price of $135.00 each to fully chrome plate my V2's wheels. Good price for excellent quality work. Chrome looks much better than polished in my opinion.
