Anyone found other wheels out there??

I really like my polished stock wheels, but I am running winter tires and thought it might be neat to have a second set of wheels on my PS2s when I switch back. Because another owner ordered some, HRE has a fitment for the V but they quoted me $1795 per wheel. And, while I like to pi$$ away money as much as the next guy that seemed a bit much (although they make beautiful wheels)

Anyone aware of anything else out there? I understand Tirerack does not have choices yet. Thanks

Nope....waiting for the same thing. I want cheaper wheels just to use as a winter set for December through February.

Nothing I have seen yet that is reasonable.

    Hello,
As mentioned before D3 Cadillac offers a full line up of wheels for the 09CTSV application. Please let us know if there are any questions.

    Thank you,

Here is my question. What is your cheapest wheel for our cars?

Regular prices start at $1075/per. That would be a standard center finish (silver, titanium, gunmetal, black, matte black, etc..) with a polished lip and standard fasteners. That price is also for a staggered fitment in 19". For 20" add another $50/per wheel. You might be able to find other 3-piece wheels on the market but they will not have the motorsports experience you would want to back up your V. The engineering should not be overlooked.

    Thanks,

Ok, I hear you, but I'm not going to go out and spend $ 1100 per wheel so then can be exposed to a bunch of road salt and overall grimy conditions. Not too to mention they will only be on the car for 3 months.

Does anyone have the GM part numbers for the stock V wheels? Perhaps checking with gmpartsdirect.com to see if they have the wheels might be a (relatively) inexpensive route for snow wheels.

OEM 19" wheels retail for $996.

I'd give forum Dealer extraordinaire Luke Butler @ Lindsay Cadillac a call- maybe he can arrange a group buy for some folks looking for winter wheels at a discounted price.

If they'll clear the brakes with the correct offset and hub diameter you should be able to use BMW wheels with close to a 10 lbs savings and two wheels for a grand.

On my 05 CTS-V I switched to Corvette hubs and running 18 lbs BMW wheels. Nice 8 lbs savings over stock weight.

I have been working with CCW on caliper clearance. Front will fit no problem but the back was a concern. They actually sent me one of the rims from the 09 V2 Mule.

This is the back rim 19" x 9.5.

Rim fit good and the caliper cleared the rim by .5 inches. I don't know if that is enough (still waiting to hear back from them).

Pardon if I'm not sure what "takeoffs" are? Are they the new HREs or the stock wheels that you removed?

also, do you have an update of the status and HP of your car?
