    With cats it will pass the tail pipe test.

    I keep reading less than admirable things about Hennessey, but it looks like this guy knows what he's doing.

    The old rub about Hennessey is he is a better tuner than business guy, The people who order his services and pay his asking prices tend to be the same people who are used to getting their way. They will never understand that any car that puts out 175% of original output will never be OEM reliable and any mechanic that give you a hard time line on a custom job is a liar. Cars like that take forever and break sooner rather than later.

    Would the car sound essentially the same with just the exhaust system, or do the heads and cam alter the sound significantly (apart from the lope at idle)?

    Also, don't the AR headers that Hennessey is using still have two (high flow) cats versus the stock four? Is there a no-cat version of that system, or was another exhaust system used?

    I ask b/c I am considering doing no-risk mods first (intake, exhaust, tune), and holding off on boost augmentation.
