    well my hood popped open today on the highway, but safety latch kept it from opening all the way!! I was going about 70ish, on an on/off ramp, heard a loud click and sure enough the hood popped up then the "hood open sign" came on!

    NOT kidding you, kinda freaked me out! I posted on another forum and a member gave me your link here! I can deal with the occasional trunk popping open when driver door opens, BUT THIS IS FREAKY!

    A little off topic, but i hit 110 on some country roads and heard a loud resonating sound from behind the steering wheel. Almost like the loud sound you hear if you get too close to a microphone. Anyone else experience this? I don't usually go that fast. I utilize the V's acceleration more so than speed.

    I heard this sound as well. It was the shit filling my pants when a deer stepped out in front of me.
