    Take it back to the tire shop and have them replace your tires! Those bumps are from the installer dismounting your tires. The bar that is used to bring the outer bead over the dismount arm is more than likely what caused it. Those tires are a pain to dismount and installer had the bar too far into the tire making contact with the side wall damaging the cords!

    well.........my car went to the dealer today.....i pulled it it and showed them the tires.....at first he said not sure if this would be covered under warranty. I said well when i brought it in here there were no issues and now there are. after some back and forth i heard from them today at 4:45 and they are replacing the tires. 3 days to get them though....so now i drive a loaner till i get the car back.
