| Re: Onstar and XM activation on new CTS Yeah, your dealer hosed you. It should have been working and verified by your salesman. You will get a survey that asks if everything was explained to you and working when you left. Make sure you put on the survey it was not. The bluetooth and Onstar are tied. You can call onstar and/or xm, but I would just take it to the dealer. You are required to call onstar to set-up w/in 24 hours. I don't know what they do if you don't (I'm guessing nothing), but whenever I tell the dealer I will set mine up on the way home, they stress it must be done in 24 hours. |
