Just Venting 3,000 mi (2.5 months) on my 09 CTS and its been in the shop for 2 weeks now with a "Service Air Bag" message. Dealer changed out Air Bag Module, checked & reset everything possible and still no go. Dealer is 1st class with loaner etc, but little help from Factory Tech Services. Called Customer Services today and "expecting" a call from Zone Rep tomorrow. Fantastic car & Dealer but alleged "Tech Help" from Cadillac sucks (so far). Even dealer couldn't get "Tech Services" to return calls last week - Holiday you know!!! |
