ngiardina, do you remember who you talked to at cadillac corporate about the transmission grind? Mine also grinds when shifting to 5th gear, and my CTS has less than 2000 miles on it. Any info you can offer me is greatly appreciated.

I suggest we change the thread title to "Lockpick modification causes issues not covered under warranty" (or something of that ilk).

The dealer had to speak to a specific engineer at Cadillac. I am sorry, but I don't have much to offer further than that. All I do know is that the engineer at Caddy had them rebuild first, which didn't solve the problem. I ended up with a new one.

Again, my dumbass jumping to conclusions. The lights all came back on again. So I replaced the MAF. Lights went off for a week, came back on again. I am returning the intake to stock and bringing her on in to another dealer to figure it out.
