The deals are out there. Maybe ask your dealer if they are able to get any from GM auction. I just bought a USED 2009 Radiant Silver/ebony int CTS with 13 miles on it. The CARFAX says it was a demo and it was explained to me that there are a lot of dealers going out of business and GM is selling their cars at auction. It is fully loaded minus the DI and summer performance package. Full warranty and brand new condition. It had more options than I wanted and no DI, but for $35k I couldn't pass it up.
