Anyway, not picking on anyone, just my thoughts. |
Maybe because the infiniti is an ugly piece of shit. Not picking on anyone, just my thoughts. |

Would the ideal solution automatically raise the screen to look at the backup camera? I think I'd rather choose when the screen comes up. i.e. if the screen is down and I put it in reverse, I'd like to hit the screen raise button to see out the back. |

I found a VGA/RCA to GVIF converter, but no luck so far... it may not compatible with the CTS' GVIF...
Anyone out there an expert at GVIF??????? ANYONE?!!?? | I've had that converter. I can get some more if there is an interest. $450 a piece. 3 video in(one of them for rear view camera / 2 audio in/audio&video out. first 2 that I've sold were 100% plug and Play. but now having a hard time to find those connectors, as far as module is hard to get too. since sony owns that technology, very hard to get a chip. |

When the screen is up show all the information from the backup camera. When the screen is down, just the horizontal section where the bumper is would show up so you can make sure not to back into another car. There would also be a possibility to switch between the two while in reverse (i.e. hit the nav up/down button). ANY GM ENGINEERS READING? |

I really want a backup cam, but not one that totals in a $600 bucks. I'll use my mirrors. |

I have the GVIF Converter, but I don't know enough about GVIF to know what I'm doing wrong. I created my own connector, but I get nothing on the display. I don't know if it is a baud rate issue or a connector issue or both or something entirely different. |
